Property Management
- Prepare and administer annual business plan and operating budget
- Prepare monthly financial reports

- Review, approve and process all building-related invoices for payment
- Abstract Tenant Leases

Facilities Management
- Manage and lead staff performing daily administrative duties
- Provide labor-distribution planning and scheduling and oversee all activities of the team.
- Manages supervision of all Facilities Services employees including enforcement of company policies and procedures, ensuring effective time management, quality and quantity of work and results.
- Set performance standards and manages to them; provide for staff development.
- Continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work process, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality and seamless customer service.
- Develop, create and direct special project work by contractor personnel:
- Solicitation of proposals (RFP’s).
- Inspection of the work and acceptance upon completion.
- Manage inventory of all tools, equipment, and home office consumables.
- Maintain the inventory information in the facility master files.
- Maintain records as may be required by government agencies having jurisdiction and/or directed by Management.
- Walk the facility to identify care and maintenance issues; make recommendations and corrects issues.
- Reconcile invoices and approve expenses.
- Read and interpret specifications, plans, and blueprints for construction and maintenance activities.
- Practical applications of recognized standards of good practice relevant to matters of safety and security.
- Respond to calls and take necessary steps to protect leasehold assets during emergency situations.
