Joining ConopCo in 2002, Aris has been acknowledged as a leader in Chicago’s construction community for over ten years.  His experience in project management spans from commercial office building build outs, tenant interior improvements, ground-up speculative office developments, and various site infrastructure projects.  His past experience with V3 Companies and Power Contracting & Engineering Corp. brings a much needed understanding of construction to the table as the lead project manager for our clients and their projects.  Some of his project responsibilities include attending Owner Architect Contractor meetings, performing job site inspections, reviewing and advising design plans and insurance certificates, drafting RFP’s, and monitoring quality assurance and job site safety programs.  Aris’ adept ability to oversee a construction team assures timely turnarounds and ultimately maintains a schedule to complete projects on time and under budget. 

Aris holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from The University of Iowa.
